HOW TO APPLY
STUDENTS IN FRANCE AND ABROAD

STEP 1

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Before you apply, you should make sure you have the correct supporting documents ready to submit with your application:

• Enrolment form
• Copy of your passport
• Copies of your degree certificates, along with academic transcripts
• Copies of your academic transcripts
• Resume
• Cover letter
• 1 ID photo

ATTENTION: To make sure your application is processed in the fastest possible time, you should upload your supporting documents to your application before you submit it. We can’t make a decision on your application until we have received all your relevant documents.

STEP 2

SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS

To apply for our programs, simply click on the ‘Apply’ button on one of our course pages. You will be directed to the account page to make your application.

Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be able to track its progress and accept or decline any offers you receive.

Applicants can submit the supporting documents via email at info@ilci.fr

STEP 3

SELECTION INTERVIEW

Upon receipt of all your documents, the Admissions team interviews all candidates who have applied for our programs. Selection interviews are held either at the ILCI Business School campus in Paris or via Skype/phone.

The selection interview enables us to get to know you better as a prospective student and assess certain qualities that are not immediately apparent from the documentation you have provided in the first stage, such as your motivation, personality, the ability to defend your point of view, the way you express yourself, and other communication skills.

The Office of Admission will send the outcome to candidate’s email address.

STEP 4

ADVANCE ENROLMENT OR ENROLMENT

Please note that at the time of accepting an offer, you are committing yourself financially and academically to the ILCI. The tuition fees vary according to the programs you are applying for, don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

The advance enrolment certificate is applicable to International students residing outside France who need to apply for a student visa.

The enrolment certificate is applicable to French and International students residing in France.

ATTENTION: International students residing outside France might be asked to provide enrolment certificates in order to apply for a student visa. Please contact the French authorities in your birth country for more information.

STEP 5

VISA APPLICATION

International students residing outside France:

Upon receipt of your advance enrolment certificate or enrolment certificate, please contact Campus France or any French authorities in order to apply for a student visa.
